Earn Paid Coaching Hours
Participate in a recognized barter coaching system to accumulate "paid" coaching hours towards ICF Certification. According to the 2023 ICF Global Coaching Study, coaches who hold a credential from a professional coaching association report higher annual revenue from coaching than their peers without a credential. Maintain your credentials with our mentor coaching and continuing education.
Maintain Your Coaching Credential
Since 2020, The Helping Hand for Coaches barter coaching program has been an approved Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Provider with the ICF. Participants can maintain their ICF credentials (ACC/PCC/MCC) by earning up to 18 CCEs annually by attending select continuing education at no additional cost.
Attend Monthly Virtual Training
Every month in our barter coaching program, seasoned PCC-level coaches and highly trained instructors offer a new webinar or continuing education. Continue your professional growth by attending special training sessions via Zoom. All sessions are recorded and made available in the Online Training Library.
Receive Mentor Coaching
Whether you just want feedback on your coaching or need mentor coaching hours for credential renewal, our program will help you get started. Your first 90 minutes of mentor coaching is included annually with the option to continue with our ICF-Registered, PCC-Level Mentor Coach, Marilyn Rose at a "members only" discount.
Beta Test Business Processes
One of the most important things in business is to not only follow the process but fall in love with it too. In our barter coaching program, coaches are free to test their client logs, explore best practices for onboarding new clients, and work out other business-related processes such as online scheduling and new business applications.
Access Coaches Around the World
With hundreds of certified coaches in our barter coaching program, we make it easy to find a barter coach to trade your coaching. It also allows our participants to be assigned to multiple coaches at once to accumulate paid coaching hours quickly.
