One Small Idea...
The Helping Hand for Coaches, LLC began in June 2018 as a small idea by a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). This one small idea was developed using the concept of Bartered Coaching to allow new coaches to earn paid coaching hours without having clients.
Barter Coaching is a system that provides coaches with the mechanism to earn "paid" coaching hours by trading services; in this case, coaching services.
Within four months of starting, program enrollments grew to over 150 participants, and by the end of the first year, the program went worldwide with more than 550 coaches joining the program. Today, the program has seen more than 1,000 participants from 42 States and 24 Countries, many of whom remain year after year to maintain ICF credentials obtained from the barter coaching program.
The Helping Hand for Coaches, LLC has grown into a worldwide community of like-minded coaches who practice their coaching skills in a safe environment while gaining the confidence they need to reach their potential as coaches. The program is an approved Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Provider by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and provides monthly continuing education delivered by PCC-Level coaches who are all former lead instructors from one of the most comprehensive coach training programs in the United States. Together, they have thousands of hours of coaching experience to share. The program also offers access to a training library, mentor coaching sessions, and a referral bonus program.
